Cognitize will be offering Group Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for anxiety disorders at Boundaries Surgery in April, dates will follow fees will be £10 per session, this is a great way for people with panic attacks, OCD and other anxiety issues to receive affordable therapy in a supportive and confidential enviroment.
